- Full payment is required to confirm all orders, including custom pieces.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment methods.
- Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.
3. Production & Lead Times
- Standard production time for custom orders is 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload.
- Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment.
- Lead times are estimates and may be affected by material availability or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is available within the continental United States. For international orders, please contact us for a custom quote.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.
- Customers must inspect items upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.

5. Returns & Cancellations
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
- Cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of placing the order.
- If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 48 hours, and we will evaluate the issue for a possible replacement or repair.

- We stand by our craftsmanship. Our furniture comes with a 1-year limited warranty against structural defects.
- This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage, or exposure to extreme environments.
