- All furniture is handmade using natural wood and epoxy resin.
- Each product is unique, so slight variations in color, grain, and finish may occur.
- Sizes mentioned are approximate (e.g., 50x50x45 cm, 40x40x40 cm).
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in INR (₹).
- We accept payments via secure gateways like Razorpay.
- Full payment is required before order processing.
4. Order Confirmation
- Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp.
- Custom orders may require additional time and confirmation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery time: 7–21 working days (depends on product & location).
- We deliver across India.
- Delays may happen due to logistics or custom work.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production starts.
7. Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Wrong item delivered
- You must report within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- No return for custom-made products.
8. Warranty
- We provide 6 months warranty on manufacturing defects.
- Warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear & tear
- Water damage, scratches, or misuse
9. Product Care
- Avoid direct sunlight and excessive moisture
- Clean with soft cloth only
- Do not use harsh chemicals
10. Intellectual Property
- All images, designs, and content belong to Natural Wood Epoxy Furniture.
- Copying or using without permission is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for:
- Minor natural variations in wood
- Delays caused by courier services
